This is the part that says "SOS TALISMAN" that can come unscrewed and be lost.  Don't panic, you can buy just that bit.  You don't have to buy a whole new talisman.

 The picture below shows the whole bracelet, but it is just the chrome top saying SOS TALISMAN on offer in this bit.  Included is a rubber seal and internal clip.

Take old seal out before putting in the new one.
